Rooted in Connection. Growing with Care.

Bloom Pediatric Physical Therapy is a privately owned practice founded by Bianca Bolduc in 2025. Located in the heart of Litchfield, CT, Bloom was created to offer a warm, welcoming, and play-based environment where children can thrive. Our approach is rooted in connection and collaboration—each session is designed not only to support physical development but to empower caregivers and nurture confidence in every child.

At Bloom, therapy isn’t just about milestones—it’s about joy, curiosity, and helping each child grow into their fullest potential. Every evaluation and treatment session is a dynamic, engaging experience tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs.

Patient Age Range

  • Bloom provides physical therapy for children from infancy through the early childhood (eight years old), with care tailored to each age and stage.

Areas of Specialty

  • At Bloom, we treat a wide variety of pediatric diagnoses with care tailored to each child’s unique needs. These include torticollis, oral ties, developmental delays, complications related to prematurity, gross motor skill difficulties, gait abnormalities, coordination disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, and neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy—and more.

Session Details

  • Parent involvement is a key part of the therapy process. By participating in sessions, caregivers are better equipped to support their child at home—leading to greater progress and lasting results.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all treatment plan. Session frequency is determined based on each child’s individual needs and the findings from their initial evaluation. Each appointment is 1 hour long and are by appointment only.

  • Bloom is a private pay practice and accepts cash, credit cards and HSA cards.

While it does not accept insurance at this time directly, Bloom can provide documentation for patients to send to their insurance for possible reimbursement as an out of network provider.
